At Boutique on Pomfret, our first priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to correct the issue.
If you think you have received a defective item, if you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, contact us immediately so that we may rectify the situation.
- Items can be returned for store credit only issued in the form of a gift card sent via mail. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 20 days of the date that your order was shipped.
- Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn with tags still attached.
- Include your return form and original receipt.
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless the error was made by us (missing/damaged/incorrect items).
- Please allow 5 business days to process a return once it is received at our warehouse.
We offer exchanges for the SAME item but in a different SIZE. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please indicate that on the return form. An exchange order for the new size will be processed and shipped out to you within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item and size in stock when we receive your return, you will receive a gift card for the amount of the returned item less shipping via mail.
